Arpana Warren is the kind of lawyer who strongly believes your estate plan should custom-fit your needs and expectations. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients – young families just starting out, elders winding up a long life, LGBT families, business owners, individuals – and from that range of clients she has acquired a very broad perspective on creating estate plans to meet very different needs. Arpana loves rising to the challenge of a new or unusual situation and finding just the right way to help clients get the best plan in place. After graduating from Monterey College of Law in beautiful Monterey, California in 1985, Arpana went out on her own to pursue her vision of making a difference in the lives of the people she served. She accomplishes this by creating custom estate plans tailored to the individual needs of her clients. When you meet with Arpana, you’ll find in her a warm and caring person who will listen to your story, absorb what you are saying, and craft a plan with skill based on years of experience – a plan that will meet your needs, and that will actually work when you most need it to. When Arpana is not at work practicing law, she volunteers her time with an international charitable organization that provides basic humanitarian services to the poor and needy the world over. Arpana also teaches and practices meditation, and she loves to sing, garden, hike and spend time with her 19-year-old son, son. Now that Arpana has become affiliated with the Family Wealth Planning Institute as a Family Business Lawyer™, she offers an even broader range of services, including the valuable Kids Protection Planning System to nominate guardians for minor children. Arpana now also offers legal services for business owners to meet the needs of her entrepreneurial clients. This exciting expansion of her practice is a natural extension of the estate planning she has offered for so many years. Arpana enjoys educating her community.
